Turn Off Mouse Repeating

I recently had an issue where I used Send Next Click to cast an AOE and mouse repeating didn't go off afterwards. I tried various things but could not get it to go off.

I happened to have a repeater profile that allows me to toggle mouse repeating on and off, but it was not assigned to this character set. I jumped to ISBoxer and set it to the character set, exported, then tried to use it, but I ended up where mouse repeating was on in one window, but not in the others. Every time I toggled with the repeater profile, it switched the states of all the windows, so I could not get it to go off entirely.

Is there a way to have a repeater profile to have an actual On\Off choice the way optional keymaps do?

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to correct this situation if it should happen again, short of relogging? (And I'm not sure that would even work).

I think you might have disabled it for, Window: Current.
It is quite easy to enable for one window, then switch to another with it still on in the original window.
The default mapped key will enable/disable for the current window.

You wouldn't normally want to enable it for all windows.
As you want the slave windows to mimic the movement in the active window.
