Key Maps Off still broadcasting?

If I have both Key Maps and Repeating off, my satandard FTL keys 1 to = still broadcast accross all slaves, is this working as intended or am I missing something?

You've got 3 different FTL DPS Keys maps, and only one of them (the original one) is toggled by the Activate Maps mapped key.

Go to the Activate Maps mapped key in the Control key map, and under Step 1 and Step 2, add another Key Map State Action per Key Map that you want to be toggled.

Then go to each Character Set, click on Key Maps under that (in the context of your Character Set) and you can set a White or Black list per Character Set; This will prevent duplicate FTL DPS Keys from being loaded, etc
