Activate Click to Move Video FX for one character but...

What I want to do is a bit hard for me to explain, but I will try anyway.

My setup is me dualboxing a priest and a warrior on WoW, which is going awesomely thanks to this software (keep it up, guys ) and has renewed my love for (read: addiction to) WoW. What I have done is mapped my number lock keys to send to the inactive character when the modifier alt is pressed (i.e., if I'm on my Warrior and I press alt+num1, my Priest casts Levitate, which is bound to num1 on my Priest). On my priest, num8 is for Mass Dispel and on my warrior it's Thunderclap. I read about the send next click action, which comes with Video Fx, which is perfect for my priest's Mass dispel but a hassle for Thunderclap. Therefore, the goal is to have it where if I click alt+num8 on my warrior, it'll do the Send Next Click with Video Fx (for Mass Dispel); and if I click it on my Priest, it just does the normal key broadcast (for Thunderclap).

And it turns out I did it, but there's just one problem: it only works correctly when I turn off my Priest's key maps and then turn them back on. It took 3 hours just to figure this out,sadly. I'm almost positive it's something simple, but I can't figure out what it is.

Not exactly what you want, but you could go this route (I would):

Rather than:
Hotkey = Current Window
Hotkey + Mod = Other Window

Go like this:
Hotkey = One Window every time
Hotkey + Mod = Other Window every time

That way, you don't need to remember which toon you're on.
If you want the Warrior move, Alt + Keybind.
If you want the Priest move, just press the Keybind.

It would be two mapped keys.
The warriors move, would be target (Warrior character).
The priest move, would be target (Priest character) and another action for Send Next Click.

I tried that actually once before. Problems arose when I switched characters but forgot that the hotkeys didn't change so I found myself holding alt when I wasn't supposed to. Is there any way with my current profile so that I won't have to keep restarting my keymaps every time I reload inner space? Honestly, it's not too big a deal, but it would be 1 less thing to worry about.
