Mouse position, clicks, no movement

I'm new to ISBoxer and have done some searching for a solution, please forgive me if there's a reference I missed before creating a new post.

I'm leveling a warlock and druid together. I would like to use Vuhdo or just Clique with Grid to heal while I have the lock as the leader. To accomplish this I would like to pass mouse position and keybinds that are attached to my mouse via Logitech software (keys [ and ] are on two extra mouse buttons). I'd like to use these two mouse buttons with alt and shift modifiers to heal with mouseover targets. My question is how to set up passing through the mouse position and these keys using key maps.

Thanks.

Re: Mouse position, clicks, no movement

First, have you watched MiRai's healing 101 video? We generally prefer to do this with Video FX (to interact directly with Vuhdo or Grid+Clique on one window, from another). I would start there, especially if you are new.

You can do it with Mapped Keys, but then you need to have the addon in the same size and spot in each window for starters. You might also want to area-restrict those Mapped Keys using a Click Bar so that you don't need to set up custom Hotkeys -- otherwise if you want to map Shift+Mouse1 for example, Shift+Mouse1 will ALWAYS have mapped behavior instead of just over the healing addon. But I'll answer the question anyway:

To set up sending a mouse click via a Mapped Key, use the Mapped Key Wizard and select either "Straight Key Broadcast" which if you pick Shift+Mouse1, will send Shift+Mouse1.. or select "Key Re-Map" which will let you press something like Shift+Alt+Q (or whatever) in order to send Shift+Mouse1. Because it's sending a mouse button, the Mapped Key Wizard will automatically add a Sync Cursor Action to the generated Mapped Key, which will put the mouse cursor in the same position on the other window before sending the click.

You are awesome, thanks much for the info and additional resource. I hadn't seen that, but will check it out!
