[EQ1] 3 Characters; 1 Character's Hotkeys Not Working **FIXED**

I've had limited success with ISBoxer, and have been more than impressed with some of the features.

However, I have a strange problem with one of my characters not being able to activate certain hotkeys. Basically, if I want to cast a single nuke, I can do so on 1 char, but not the problem char. If I want to activate a 'double-cast' hotkey (All Others w/o Current) flag, then it *will* cast both, even on the problem character; and this applies to an "Auto-Follow" hotkey, which works. Still, can't get the problem char to cast a single heal, or launch a single nuke by himself. I've yet to figure this out, and as far as I can tell, both configs are identical (as both characters have identical setup). I've double-checked how the windows launch, and the character sets and all that... and I'm against a wall here.

Help would be appreciated.

Nothing leaps out at me from your config so I'm going to need to you to be more specific. Which character is the active character when this problem occurs? Are there any active characters for which the problem does not occur? Which character is it that fails to cast? Which specific mapped key (double cast?) is it that works? The more information you give the more likely it will include the required information.

Also, I would double-check your key-bindings in EQ on all your characters. It is not impossible that something has become unbound.

Finally, something to try which I don't think will work but who knows...

Your target for the mapped key in Saryk Nuke is a specific character rather than a character slot. The target in Faryk Nuke is a character slot. Either change the target of the action in Saryk Nuke to Character Slot:2 or add that specific character to the mapped key.

Okay, let's see.

Taryk is typically the active character, Slot 1, center screen. Saryk is Slot 2, left screen, Faryk (the problem) is Slot 3, right screen.

Saryk works 100%, none of his keymaps fail. They're identical in setup to Faryk (the one that fails), in that they both use Alt-8 to cast a nuke. (I haven't setup further hotkeys due to Faryk's failure.)

Faryk, also has one Alt-8 nuke assigned to a G15 key, as I said above. I've tried switching up the G15 keys to no success. He also has another Heal hotkey that fails in the same way. It's odd though, because I've tried spamming either hotkey dozens of times in a row, and randomly (sometimes) it will cast, out of the blue, never to function again.

However, this is the odd bit:
I have one hotkey function assigned to both Saryk and Faryk. It's for them to both use Alt-8, to cast their single nukes. If I use this hotkey, they both successfully cast, simultaneously. No failure. Every other hotkey I'm using aside from Faryk-specific (Single Heal, Single Nuke) works, including auto-follow, assist etc.

(In regards to how I assigned single character instead of character slot; I did that to see if it would change anything, and it didn't. I tried assigning to Slots, and assigning as Character specific, by name. Neither work.)

Sorry if this is a confusing read... I'm just a bit stumped, and new to all this.

I can't see anything in your isboxer configuration to cause this problem. I'd look in EQ for some difference.

You can also turn on the debug console by pressing Ctl+Alt+Shift+G, selecting the debug tab, click all the radio buttons on, the clicking Show Debug Console. If you do this on each window you can see exactly what is happening when you press a key.

Went through the debug process as you suggested. Absolutely no feedback with Faryk (problem character). No entries or indication of anything going on when I'm pressing buttons.

At this point I think it may have something to do with the G510 keyboard, or the software. I'll try to go through that whole process and see what I come up with.

**Update: Problem fixed. I uninstalled all Logitech Gamepanel software, and made sure no old profiles existed, then reinstalled. Everything works... not an ISBoxer/Inner Space problem. Issue resolved... Go figure, all this time for something I should have checked 2 days ago.
