[WOW] Toggle Not Working

What I've done...

My "Green Team" (Druids) is a melee team.
Some of the FTL DPS Keys (1-3) are now two steps.
Step 1 (executed on key press) acts normally.
Step 2 (executed on key release) calls a mapped key (Melee IWT), but only for members of the "IWT Melee" (Action Target Group).

My Melee IWT appears in the General Keymap.
There is no hotkey for this mapped key.
It sends my Interact With Target keybinding to the current window.
Only melee toons ever execute this mapped key.

I have a different mapped key, in the General Keymap.
It is called, "Melee IWT Toggle (G6)".
I have selected G6 as the hotkey.
I have given it two steps.
Step 1 - All Windows turn on Melee IWT + Pop up text announcing this.
Step 2 - All Windows turn off Melee IWT + Pop up text again.

Pressing this mapped key once, works as intended (Enables Auto Melee IWT).
Pressing this mapped key a second time, works as intended (Disables Auto Melee IWT).
However, a third press does nothing.
Cannot see why it does not work to enable Melee IWT on a 3rd press.

I'm thinking this might be that bug I mentioned to you where everything happens to break. Open up the in-game IS console (hotkey is ` by default, f12 for non-US keyboards that dont have that key) and I have a feeling you will see an error message indicating that keymapper crashed.

If that's the case, here's a link to the current test build of ISBoxer as of this post.
