Mapped Key Wizard does not populate

Started new subscription, loaded software, selected game (EQ) and tried to set up Mapped Key Wizard but no Key Maps populate for me to select for configuration.

The Key Maps in your profile are populated to the Key Map list in the Mapped Key Wizard.
Do you have any Key Maps in the profile ?

If you use the Quick Setup Wizard first, it will create a bunch of base Key Maps and other things for you unless you choose a "Bare" config style on the final page of the Quick Setup Wizard. For EQ, the starting point is usually the default style of MMO Standard.
