Question about broadcasting

Is it possible to broadcast a hotkey without broadcasting being turned on?

I only have 3 or 4 hotkeys that I want to broadcast and when I need them in a pinch, broadcasting is turned off, which results in a delay, causing problems... but when I turn broadcasting on, then I forget it's on and that causes me other problems

Is it possible to force ISBoxer to broadcast certain keys to other characters, even if broadcasting is turned off?
