[WoW] duplication of keys with "key maps" turned off

Hello everyone! I have a problem. I bind the keys in "ISB42 - Combat Broadcast" and in "ISB42 - Virtual Combat (in a similar copy of my class)". When the keys are pressed, the actions occur both with the "Key Maps" function turned on and off.
I also added a few steps in action and there is a duplication of clicks even when entering a password or chat. I want the duplication of keys to other windows to occur only when the "Key Maps" function is enabled. Thanks!

If you want to be able to toggle keymaps on and off that are not normally in the toggle (for a Pro-Config you do have to make this customization), then you will need to add those key maps to the toggle.

There should be no hotkey binds in Virtual Combat. It will stop it from working as expected if you do that.
