Key Map issue - flashing icon

I've been multiboxing with three accounts for several years without any issues. I recently activated two more accounts (for a total of five) and am running into an issue.

I am running Inner Space 1.16 Build 6651.

I have a five-man group in Classic and it works fine.

I have a five-man group in Retail - and the Key Maps icon is flashing on the fifth account screen. Mapped keys are not being broadcast to that window (unless I manually enable broadcasting).
I've tried adding the accounts in different order - but the fifth account always exhibits the same behavior.
I'm using the Setup Wizard - accepting the defaults for most settings.


Slot Modifier
1 Left Shift
2 Right Shift
3 Left Ctrl
4 Left Alt
5 Left Ctrl + Left Shift

Let me know if I need to post my config files somewhere.

I did some more troubleshooting last night and resolved the main issue. Still not sure about the flashing Key Maps icon - but everything else seems to be working at this point.

It is usually a directx API change required.
