How do I make a Sit broadcast

Hi i have same problem but im new here and i use first time ISB . Any chance to get short instruction via PM how to set sit/ fly down on isb ? If its not a problem.

Use the mapped key wizard (Wizards menu), create a Straight Key Broadcast (if you need a home, ISB42 - Custom Hotkeys is a good choice), Set your Key to broadcast, and then Tick the box for the Hold any keystrokes option (as it says, it is needed for movement keys).
