Virtual Mapped keys

I'm probably overlooking something obvious, still pretty new to this. Anyway, I'm trying to set up a mixed melee and ranged party and I'm following Mirai's video just fine, but when I get to Virtual Mapped Keys I have no arrow to alter/add, just the X to remove. What am I missing here, how do I add in anything? Fixing my problem or even vaguely pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Only reason I can think that would be happening is you are in the "I have a 4K monitor and I do not have Windows Display Scaling at 100%" club.
