Is it possible to ....

Make a hotkey different per character, and what I mean by this is.... First a little setup.

Shift f1-f8 targets the same person in their spot in the group.

Q is stick.

Now what I would like is,

Char 1 hit's F9 hotkey , all other shift F1, Q.

Char 2 hit's F9 hotkey, all other shift F2, Q.

So on and so forth. In daoc there is a univeral assist command that I can qbind (assign) to variation of any key.

So if I can make this general focused toon key work by 1 button, I could assist from any window and stick the team from any window with 1 button.

The key in daoc works like this, IN GAME /macro assist /%t. Now this gets qbound and when I hit that button it will assist whoever I have targeted.

Re: Is it possible to ....

Basically as I am saying this, in the C visual world I can see it being so easy with if statements checks and moves on to the next step. If slot 1 hits f9 then execute this, if NOT move onto next line of code

But for ISboxer idk. I might be missing something.

I see how to send keys to specific chars but not send from a specific char to reach a specific action, sigh.

THANKS IN ADVANCE OFF TO WORK.

Re: Is it possible to ....

Well I got off work and toy'd a bit with it. I come up with several keymaps which I believe I am on to something.

Bard window targeted do mapped key (Bard stick) which has a key map state action to turn all others STICK keymaps off and TURN ON BARD STICK KEYMAPS F9 > other.

Or something, I am falling asleep, I am on to something here just can't get it all together yet. Am I making this difficult?

Got it working!!!! Hooray

When I switch to a character it broadcast the hot key to ENABLE the specific keymap AND DISABLE the rest. This is probably basic, but i'm happy! =X next level ISboxing rofl
