Chat mode toggle

I have mapped the key "f" to enable/disable broadcasting. But i would still like to use the key when chatting.
So basicly i want the keymap disabled when i press "enter", but still send enter to the game so the chat window opens. When pressing "enter" again, the keymap should enabled again.

The function "chat mode toggle" seems to be what im searching for, but i can´t get it to work. The message "Chat mode ON/OFF" shows when i press enter, but it doesn´t disable the keymaps.

Is it possible?

Isn't it easier just to add Ctrl and press Ctrl+F instead of going through all of this trouble?

But sure, it is easy to set up. You can use the Mapped Key Wizard to set up a Key Map Toggler. Make sure you don't put your Toggler in a Key Map that you're turning off though, because it won't be able to turn itself back on. If your F hotkey was assigned to "Activate Repeat" (or even a new Mapped Key) in the "Always On" Key Map, you probably don't want to actually toggle off the whole Key Map (it's meant to be left on, hence the name), it would be a better idea to have it turn off just the toggle mapping within it that is interfering with your typing.
