ISBoxer does not -- and will not -- provide any method for "delaying" or "waiting" to send input to the game, other than the delay/wait produced by you pressing keys.

If you want things to not happen at the same time, add more Steps to your Mapped Key. One Step is performed each time you activate the Mapped Key (e.g. by pressing its Hotkey).

To enforce a minimum time between Steps as you press the Hotkey again and again, use the "Do not advance" option at the top of each Step.
