asking for help with key maps

Hello \0. sry for my eng language and my noobish questions.
Pls help with this problem.
i have 5 chars set. i wanna that it will be 2 group with different broadcasting. example - when i push alt+1 it will be same actiona in 1-3 chars windows and if alt+2 - in 4 and 5 chars windiws.
Can some 1 give me url to guides with solution ?
