Can a KeyMap send "Mouse Down" command ?

By "Mouse Down" I mean the action/information sent to the game when the Mouse is slid back/down moving the cursor down the screen...

Basically in a game the sliding the Mouse down makes the chacter look straight down and I want to then send a step to cast an AoE at the character's feet.

If we could record some mouse movements and then have a key bind send them that could be another option.

Sorry if this is answered elsewhere... I tried to search but couldn't find it.

No.

Pre-recorded mouse movements, including this or simply putting the cursor at a pre-determined x,y position, are not supported by ISBoxer. Sorry!

I can tell you that at LEAST Blizzard has said this would not be allowed, and I believe other publishers would have similar concerns about moving the cursor for you.

Well that explains why I couldn't find a way to do it in ISBoxer ...

Good news is that I found the console command in game to move the camera down (like dragging the mouse down did) so I think I am good for at least the scenario I was trying to solve.
