g13 d-pad and multiple ATG

preable to explain what i'm currently doing--
I'm have an 12 character eve fleet arrangement over two monitors, has 8 dps ships 3 logistics, also a booster alt but that's fairly irrelevent to ISBoxer config at the moment

First monitor has the eight DPS clients stacked in the same place, so can view one at a time,
all eight have repeater regions that duplicate mouse clicks from overview/modules to the other seven other DPS clients.
also has dxnothing video viewers setup to see the important bits of each character's display, these each have a repeater pass through back to their respective clients

Second monitor has the logistics clients in a fixed 2x2 quad setup (other slot is another client for offgrid boosting / chat windows)
For those i currently use repeater to duplicate what's done on the master logistics ship to an ATG for the slave logistics.

Recently got a G13 and have setup the ISBoxer Keymap to use the d-pad for eve navigation commands, d-click, a-click w-click s-click on the various directions for the d-pad - however repeater regions don't pass the letters along with the mouse click so the dock/approach/orbit/warp effects don't happen.

As a workaround I currently have the target for those keymaps set as the ATG for the DPS pilots - so other characters need to be controlled the old fashioned way

What i'm trying to do is set the d-pad to send the commands in different ways depending on what window the the cursor was in
* If pressed in - do this
* One of the eight DPS windows - keystroke to all eight DPS ships
* One of the DPS dxnothing feeds - keystroke to only that character
* The master logistics ship with repeater on - keystroke to master logi (thereby sending it to all of them (looking to eliminate using repeater for logi but that's another topic for another day))
* one of the logistics without repeater - sending it to only that character (be it the master one just with repeater turned off, or one of the slave logis)

Any thoughts on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you're still going to want to make use of Mouseover as I mentioned in the chat room.
[08:41] <Lax> FickSerupa_: you can use the mouseover behavior to make the repeater region enable whatever you like
[08:42] <Lax> you'd need a Mapped Key with 2 Steps, set to "pressed OR released", and set that up as the mouseover for the repeater region
[08:42] <Lax> mouse into it, step 1 executes. mouse out, step 2 executes

So for example, you mouse over one of the DPS dxNothing feeds, and Step 1 of some Mapped Key would then enable the behavior to send your keystrokes only to this specific Character. That might be through a Target Group Action, Repeater Target Action, or Key Map State Action depending on the implementation. For example, if we're talking a Repeater Region as discussed in the chat room, and the Repeater Region targets some ATG instead of a specific window, then a Target Group Action is sufficient to adjust which windows get the broadcasts. Or if your G13 mappings broadcast to an ATG, same thing really. Alternatively, if you use multiple Key Maps to accomplish this instead of an ATG, then Key Map State Actions can flip off the wrong Key Maps, and turn on the right one.
