Some basic questions for a newb

Hi, i just got this program and i have some questions. First off, i deleted all of the key maps except for the control key map from the auto set up ones on the wizard, because i found the wizard key maps confusing and i made my own. I would like to know how to set it up so that i switch to a different leader if my leader dies, and how to make sure i am assisting the leader while using spells without using assist macros inside of wow. here is my current setup.

Thanks, help is much appreciated!

Bad idea. The Wizard is the distilled expertise of Lax and the community over a number of years. You won't understand how every Mapped Key works straight away but when you do you'll be glad.

I would like to know how to set it up so that i switch to a different leader if my leader dies
You can't do this automatically. You can do this using the Jamba addon and ISBoxer to swap leaders when you swap windows. For each Character in a Character Set, on the Switching tab, set When I switch to this character... Do this Mapped Key to JambaMaster.

and how to make sure i am assisting the leader while using spells without using assist macros inside of wow.
This is one of the features you deleted by deleting the General and FTL DPS Keys Key Maps. See Hotkeys created by the Quick Setup Wizard for WoW. To fix this run the Quick Setup Wizard. If you wish to create new Mapped Keys that auto-assist after that, use the Mapped Key Wizard to make an Assist and Broadcast Mapped Key.

Alright i have a follow up question. I am using the follow thing that auto follows when you switch, and it seems to be interefering with an ingame follow macro. when i use the ingame macro that should make them follow the leader, accounts 2 and 3 follow each other? any ideas?

In the toolkit, if you click on a character set (top pane).
And then on a slot number (bottom left pane).
You can see what is configured to happen on a swap.

There will be an option (checked) When i switch to this character; and (selected): Do this Mapped Key.
You have a few basic options for this.

If you're using Jamba, you'll likely point to either:
a) Control > JambaMaster; or
b) Control > Follow/JambaMaster

The first has Jamba update who the leader is, but no follow is initiated.
Meaning you'll have to use follow manually, whether it is an in-game macro or the IS Boxer shortcut for follow.

The second has Jamba update who the leader is, and has all of the slaves start to follow that character.

Sometimes you'll like automatic following, after a switch.
Sometimes you'll prefer to manually control when follow starts.
I found all ranged/caster teams generally work well with follow on a switch, but melee teams in general work better with manual controls (at least for me).
