Keymaps don't broadcast to other instances.

Hello,

I am brand-new to this and trying to get it running.
Now I am just not able to get the Keys to broadcast. Watching 10-year-old videos didn't really much help, and I get the feeling I am the only person on the Internet to have this problem.

Edit: Oh, I forgot to mention that the Debug Menu recognize my button presses.

The default setup for GW2 disables broadcast capability to be compliant with TOS of the game.

If you want, you can enable this by unticking this box.
