https://youtu.be/jWYUvNGoEQIThis one is a Mapped Key primer, which may help you begin to understand the possibilities of mapped keys (which is actually pretty mindblowing when you get into some of the advanced capabilities).
https://youtu.be/8lzHM_SmFvkThere are a couple of others that are definitely worth going through, but certainly those above are the better starter ones.
And then there is the "Pro Config", which will really blow your mind..

Well senor Bob! I must thank you whole-heartedly. Normally I hate watching videos but that Pro line was amazing. I finally managed to set my stuff up way better, including by spec. I'm still having a few issues - Some how I broke Movement again and I forgot how I got it to work in the first place!
I had a few questions and was hoping for some additional guidance.
I have posted my config as of this moment at
http://pastebin.com/XUrLMu3Y - Bit laggy due to size. If there is two Profiles, it's 'TankHealerProDuo'.
Something to know - Slave1 is ALWAYS 'Viskar' the shaman. This may change in the future so I'm trying to never use 'target Viskar' logic, but I may have it on something?
I'm having issues getting the Interrupt one to work. I have it set to Shift-Q. Currently it's just causing neither of my Shift-Q's to work.
-- Haven't invested the time, but I think I understand how to get it to work.
Still having issues getting Movement to work. I ONLY want WASDEQ to work on Viskar -when- I use Middle Mouse (Which turns on Key Mapping)
-- Bob assisted me in resolving. The key is to use 4(or 6) independent re-maps to make Shift-W (In my case) become W on the 2nd screen
The DPS Rotation I have set for Viskar - Resto, I finally used the logic you see to get it to work. I kept having an issue where it'd go back to Step 1 even though the Advanced says 'Don't for 20 seconds'. Is this setup ideal? I'm torn on it because the castsequence macro is breaking semi-often, but not constantly.
-- Managed to get it working. I turned it into a 6 step process. I made the entire 6 steps take ~17 seconds, and the entire DPS Rotation is set to repeat after 18 seconds.
I currently have two repeated windows - One so I can 'drop spell effects' loosely on his screen, and another that allows me to click through to his Heal Frames to heal people. How can I may a 'Vid FX' so I can see some of his cooldowns/mana? I tried following the Wiki but all I could do is make an ENTIRE print out of his screen. I couldn't choose JUST 'this'. The video I found showing how to do it in Rift was using an older UI and I didn't see the options he used.
-- You have to make a Vid Source on Slave1, and Vid Viewer on Main. Easy enough.
Is there a way to make it similar like I saw in the demo video where he used the 'All interact' and everyone went up and started swinging, but for range? Like to get close enough to start casting and stop? I'm assuming not, but essentially i'd like a way for my healer to run up to ~30 yards from enemy, and stop. Right now I cancel auto follow, but that doesn't always work.
-- Still working on this, I don't believe it is possible.
If I can think of anything else I'll add it. It's bedtime now, though! Main priority is figuring out the movement issue, for sure. I would love to be able to move him swiftly. The interrupt one is a 'bonus', and the rotation is generic and only for 'during downtime healing wise' so it isn't pressing. plus he's at least ~usually~ casting SOMETHING at the moment.
The Vid FX (Screen Capture?) I would love to figure out so I can see his mana/cooldowns actively.
Also WoW specific - Does anyone know how to do a macro so it casts SpellB if SpellA is on CD? This used to be doable with /cast !SpellA but this seems to have been broken. Likely intentionally due to botting.
Thanks again for all your help!
Edit: I was able to get Vid FX working. I now have a tiny sample shot of my healers Mana + His CDs, + his entire screen. (The purpose of that box is mouse control - I can hit his buttons to drop ground effects, then use that box to control where they go. It's working far better than I expected. I can also use the mouse to move him slightly via the box if need be (Or rotate the camera)
http://imgur.com/a/xgGyFFor an example. I'm working on the layout so far. The reason the 'bottom left box' with the CD tracker looks so big is because things pop beside/above it when I drop specific abilities. It isn't dead space.
The unit frame is showing his cast bar under him, also.
