[WOW] someone help me? hotket alt+1 not broadcasting

easy question i think. So far i noticed that only the keys 1 to = broadcast to the other window.

i have tons of wow hotkeys like alt+1, alt+2, Q, E, R...

both accounts have the same hotkeys, but whenever i press Q, alt+1, E, etc.... these keys are not pressed on my other window.

How do i get these to work? thanks!

ooohh i was reading a old guide that why

it was telling me to click on combat under map keys tab
