Need help getting my toons to heal eachother

Trying to keybind my heals so all of my toons heal the isboxer party member of my choosing.
Originally I used the top 5 keys on my razer orbweaver to signify party 12345 and then use modifiers to signify which spells to use (so I would make alt+i shift+i ctrl+i and make them target my 4th guy) but that would require a lot of in-game macros to make it heal the person I want.
Is there an easier way to do this? Surely there must be a way to have isboxer broadcast a key across all toons and send it to a specific toon?

In wow most people either use a video feed with mouse/key passthrough (if they have a dedicated healer) or, using an addon that syncs up the frames (like grid with a custom alphabetic sort) they do a mouseover heal that goes to all of the boxes.

You can heal with slot specific macros, if you want, but as you pointed out that gets tedious. Are you doing instances or is this just out in the world questing?

This is for pvp. I'm used to having lots and lots of keybindings so its not that I cant bind heals to each toon but I'm wondering if there is a command in isboxer that will make everyone heal a specific character.
It seems like "target slot12345" does this in variable keystrokes options but after trying it it doesn't seem to do anything.

Sure, you can use Variable Keystrokes to do that, or simply creating a macro like /use [@party1] heal spell will work, as well. I'd suggest checking out a healing solution that's a bit more flexible than having to remember 3 or 5 or 10 bindings for each of your party members though (Video). The video might start off a bit slow since you seem to already know how to multibox, but hopefully it will give you some ideas.
