help with switching windows

I've spent the last hour trying to figure out how i switch between characters when multi-boxing diablo. I've checked the FAQ and everything i seem to do isn't working. I've went under keymaps>always-on>next window and previous window and set keybinds in them both with nothing working. Then i tried under my character sets and tried setting keybinds for hotkey to switch to this character and that isn't working. Anyone got some advice?

It sounds like you're doing the right things. Did you Export to Inner Space after making changes?
