Simple Repeating with On/Off???

I am trying to setup a simple two screen setup with Mouse and Key repeating. I also need to be able to switch repeating on and off at will.
I was able to get two EvE clients running. I tried several things but it never seems to have the ability the switch broadcasting on and off. -Very frustrated with this right now-

All of this is found in the user manual. The default keys that ISBoxer uses for toggle mouse repeat is Alt-Shift-R... I forgot what the keyboard toggle is but again, all this is in the beginning few pages of the user manual.

Follow the Quick Start Guide, run the Quick Setup Wizard. See here.

I used the basic setup, then created a new "alternate hotkey" mapped key in the AlwaysOn key map for the new key you want to hit to toggle it on/off the original mapped key Activate Repeat. Have it do the Alt+Shift+R. You can also duplicate the Activate Repeat for broadcasting to specific groups (healers, DPS) and set separate hotkeys for those. I made sure to edit the broadcasted text to distinguish which one was activating and turning off.
