Im having a problem with isboxer (IM new to this)

I set up my two wow account through quick set up wizard
Everything seems fine but only problem I am having now is that I cannot use 1 and 2 to work as action buttons. Everytime I press 1 or 2 it causes my windows to swap for some reason.
Also, my characters follows to each other but when I try to do dps skill by pressing 3,4,5 (since 1 and 2 just causes the windows swapping) only main character reacts but the other one just standing.
I clearly followed all the steps in quick set up wizard guide video. Please help me to resolve this issue.

OK, your ISBoxer configuration appears to be completely standard; the problem lies elsewhere I believe. I suspect the reason it is swapping windows is because the default Hotkeys to swap to Slots 1 and 2 are Ctrl+Alt+1 and Ctrl+Alt+2, respectively. Why it is interpreting 1 as Ctrl+Alt+1 I have no idea. It could be a keyboard or mouse issue.

As to why 3,4,5 don't assist, check the following:

- that the ISBoxer addon is enabled for all Characters.
- that there are no errors in the chat frame (check both Characters) when you /reloadui in WoW.

If neither of those lead to a solution I need to know whether this happens from both windows or just one. Additionally, if you target something on either character does the other assist if you press Alt+Backspace? Finally, the steps here are worth doing.

action keys for 3,4,5.. seems working fine when its in combat mode but I still cannot figure out what causes window swapping by clicking 1 and 2.
this happens even when I try on wow log in screen. I had to use number keypad on right side of the keyboard because ones in left side number keys (1 and 2) causing it to swapping windows.
I am using Razer Cyclosa fyi.

Anyone use that mouse or know of any issues with it?

I don't use that specific mouse, but I used to have issues with games as my Razer Mouse was running some specific software in the background. I also have this with my G11 keyboard too. Have you tried turning off the mouse software, if it's running?
