Entropia Universe - help

Hello all,

Hopefully someone will be able to help me with this. The games runs correctly by itself. When I attempt to load it up through inner space, it will load up to the launcher. When I click launch, the launcher drops and no further log in screen. Below are diag/config:

What does "no further login screen" mean ?
As in you don't get a second login screen? or you don't get the game screen for the first one which you've logged in?

If the former, then you need to ensure that the launcher is closed, which may mean closing it yourself. If the latter, then not 100% certain on what it might be; I would say remove McAfee, but you only seem to have a scan scheduler running?.

I uninstalled McAfee and still the same problem. I am not getting the game screen for the first log in.

Additionally, when I attempt to load through IS and it fails to load the game screen, I bring up process explorer and it shows that entropia.exe is "suspended"
