Umm.. According to the screenshot, it appears the game failed to load a level from the disk. I couldn't possibly tell you why the game might fail to load a file, but this is probably not related to ISBoxer. It could just be a bug in the game that may randomly happen, and of course ISBoxer isn't magic and can't solve bugs in game engines. Maybe your hard drive is partially failing. Maybe there is a bug in the firmware for the storage device it's on. Maybe there's a driver bug. Any number of things could be going wrong here. I'm probably not the one to ask, other than that this happened to you while using ISBoxer.

I would click OK and re-launch the crashed window? Is this the first time you had this problem?

this was my first time using isboxer in drakensang. how do i re-launch the window? if i just can re-launch the window this will be no prob for me

Just re-launch the Character Set and it will fill in the missing windows.
