Help Multiboxing for Elsword PH

I am new here and i tried the 7 day trial, the problem is i cant seem to make isboxer work on elsword ph... You have to run the game using a client called "GARENA PLUS" http://www.garena.ph/.. Anyone can help me?.. Thanks!
