Perpetuum-online.com

Ok so I found and became addicted to this brand new MMO similar to Eve, cept you pilot giant robots and such.

I configured ISboxer to load up 2 clients, which it proceeds to do ok, but after the clients load up, my laptop seems to go into black screens, and I cant get any further in this process.

I read in the forum that Lax said his software would support any direct3d/x game..so im curious if there is something im donig wrong here?

I have no problem running 4 copies of the client outside of isboxer/inner space, but obviously I want to play the game inside innerspace for the instant screen swapping as well as the mouse broadcasting features.

If anyone else is playing this and using isboxer, please say hi and let me know what your settings are, cause I'd love to be boxing this game.

Really addicted to this game as well. Would be perfect to multibox in. I able to add and launch the game but when it goes into the main game after the patcher it grinds to a halt. Tried playing with the ingame settings and the IS settings but cant seem to get it to work. Its a directx 9 game so I'm hoping its an easy fix to get the game going.

Re: Perpetuum-online.com

Tried it with IS under my other computer which is running vista and an ATI card and it appears to be fine. I'm having issues with my windows 7 computer with an nvidia card. The issue is actually filling up my main drive as well. It appears when its just sitting there appearing to freezing its writting gig's and gigs of temp files in my /app/local/temp directory. I upgraded my video drives but it didnt help. My guess since its a windows 7 computer its defaulting to direct 11 and messing things up...

Re: Perpetuum-online.com

On my vista box I was able to get everything working with isboxer after some tweaking. You will need to have the game installed in multiple folders for each charater your running. Which means you will need a seperate IS profile for each charater as well. You will also need to make sure each game thinks in its in the foregroud as well which is in the charater set tab. If you dont set this when using repeater the mouse works fine but the keyboard wont repeat and you keymaps wont work.

After a couple of hours mucking about I was able to box 3 charaters on my vista box (which is an imac running bootcamp funny enough) no problem. Cant get it to run more then 3 on that system because I run out of memory an it starts paging like crazy.

If your able to get windows 7 (64bit) working for this I can go a setup guide for the game since that ones much more powerful to run fraps on.
