Earth and Beyond setup problems
Hi,
I have used Isboxer/innerspace for a number of years, its great being able to have dxnothing and to create your ultimate game controller.
I have used it with Eve, EQ2.
Recently I have started using Earth and Beyond emulator and as that allows multiple accounts and multi boxing, also I see that in the past there has been some activity and sucess, but it seems things have changed since it was last talked about, here is what I have tested.
Followed the setup created the game launcher added the "/ADDRESS:216.219.87.147 /CLIENT:"C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Earth & Beyond\release\client.exe" /POPT /EXREORDER /DML" params.
On game launch I get the permissions box and click accept.
Then nothing else happens.
I then tried the launch command with the params in a terminal and it does not launch either, if I change directory to the NET-7 directory it launch's.
Digging further I see there is now a Net-7proxy login background process that says ''proxy for coms" that unlike a manual launch never changes state from login, wheras in a manual launch it changes to "fully logged in".
I can add a troubleshooting dump if needed.
I have a 7 day trial at the moment, hoping to get this working so I can get cracking on multiboxing E&B.
Thanks.
Steve.
