D2R issue with development build 6811

I've updated to development build 6811.
Launcher opens and I haven't experienced a 'grey screen' a single time in dozens of attempts.
Problem now is I'm getting a permanent message "Battlenet Update Agent went to sleep. Attempting to wake it up."

Launcher and game are running fine outside ISB. I've tried disabling all firewalls and Virus protection, run as an administrator and updated drivers.
