D2R Getting other clients into the same game Need tips

anyone have any good tips for having your other clients join your game?
at the moment I go to each client one by one and join from friends list.
the friends order is not the same each client so I can just do them all at once.
was hoping someone had a better way

I typically run 3 man games. Game creater I click on create, and then stay broadcast with the Shift+Alt+R hotkey. Type in game/pass, turn broadcast off, hit enter, turn broadcast on and hit enter.

Or instead of broadcasting the final enter key press, I just go to each window and do it individually because the active window usually loads fastest for me so I have my main enter last and he loads in first.
