Same here, sometimes one account can log in but most of time none of them can enter the game. I was thinking maybe could be the server , but i can log in with sandboxie.

It is difficult to know if the company has taken any specific measures for this program, since other multibox programs run normally.

I would like to know if it is possible to have a refund, since it is not working and there does not seem to be anyone able to explain or solve the problem.

As noted on the site, Refund requests are available from within your Lavishsoft.com account, within 14 days of purchase.

Unfortunately the TOS devs didn't let anyone know they were going to update the game and break it for ISBoxer, so it wasn't on the radar, and the focus has been elsewhere with some other publishers changing a few rules.

Can put it on the list to be looked at.

Thanks, I found the refund option and made the refund request, unfortunately I had just renewed it. The program is very good, I hope someone solves the problem, if they fix it I will buy access again.
