From a Terms of Service perspective, multi-accounting is against the Facebook T.O.S. for any game per item 4: Registration and Account Security:
"1. You will not provide any false personal information on Facebook, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission." and;
"2. You will not create more than one personal account."

Regarding the stand-alone Rumble platform; per Use of the Services:
"c. You shall not have more than one account per platform, whether the Rumble Site or a Third Party Platform, at any given time, and shall not create an account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself;"

Judging by forum activity for a couple of Facebook games I play, multi-accounting is actively monitored and acted upon by Publishers. The revenue stream from Facebook is simply gigantic for a Publisher to *not* take action and risk being sanctioned by Facebook.
