After today's update ISBoxer when you start, crashes TurbineLauncher.exe.
without ISBoxer, the game runs correctly

I've just tested Lotro this again, and the Turbine Launcher loads fine for me, and puts me into the game.
This makes me think you have something else that may be interfering.

Get a Compatibility Diagnostic, so we can rule stuff out.

I've tested with both the default profile and launching an actual character set.

The only difference will be
1. Window Layouts
2. Virtual Files (although these should kick in with the launcher, they are for the game settings which are loaded later).

I do see you are using the streaming client version (Happy Cloud). I don't have this installed, and am using the full download, which is always the recommended installation. It is possible the streaming client is not working with the latest updates to Inner Space.

So, while I wait for LOTRO to patch on my Win7, I would try
1. Creating a new Window Layout for the team.
2. The full download (I might be finished first) - you might just be able to uninstall Happy Cloud. It doesn't appear to be in use any longer for a new install so I can't test it.

1. Until today everything worked.
2. The layers changed.
3. Ini was removed..
... download the new full client...

Works! Helped full uninstall-install ISBoxer (remove directory) and create a new profile (layers etc.)

NO! Only lasted one run and one customer, again crash at startup.
Guys, what you updated yesterday, do you know...

Deleted happy cloud, the problem was solved!
go to C:\ProgramData\HappyCloud folder and run uninstall
