Display Issue

For the life of me I can't figureout why I'm getting artifacts like this in my display.

I've updated my video and MB drivers and just can't seem to figure out the problem. No problem when running the game normally.





The purple-ish mountains in the second picture look more like static while the game is actually running.

Seeing your screenshots, the character selection screen GUI looks untextured, as if the textures could not be loaded. That makes me think that you might be running out of texture memory.
Are you using high quality textures, etc? And have you tried lowering your video settings?

Just gave it a shot, turned everything to the lowest settings and now I get this.



Looking at the info on the top right says I still have texture memory and RAM available.
