Cant launch Lotro from innerspace

I'm struggling with getting Lotro to launch via Innerspace.I have read there are others having the same issue as myself.

I have updated all my software,still nothing.

I have uninstalled Isboxer suite and then reinstalled it but the game still does not launch

I've sussed out the issue, Raptr software from AMD was stopping the game from launching
