Still no reply and as of this moment, my Isboxer is not useable. I am unable to run my eve accounts. I have a paid 1 years subscription and I have almost lost a month of paid service.

LAX??

Frankly, #1 you can use CCP's launcher if you're ever having trouble with ISBoxer EVE Launcher and #2 you waited 10 days to say you're still having an issue with your accounts, you really can't complain to us about the length of time.

That said, 1.0.0.21 has updated error output that should explain why you're getting the generic "TokenFailure" (which is given to you for any condition that ISBoxer EVE Launcher does not recognize). Update to the latest version, try again, and if it fails you should get a "ISBoxer EVE Launcher: Unrecognized response from server" window you can copy/paste back to us if needed.

I downloaded the newest version of the Isboxer Launcher and this is the error message I get.

To keep your account secure we highly recommend that you go to the account management website and change your password, as well as enable two-factor authentication for your account.
Wait, so you know my password?

No! We only store a one-way hashed representation of your password, but we are able to utilize a free service from haveibeenpwned.com that allows us to do a partial hash match against a breached password list. CCP can not and does not share your password with anyone.

Hitting OK, closes the error box window and then I see the Token Failure window.

It doesn't like your password

Security Warning

Commonly Used Password

Or more that the ISBEL doesn't cater for this warning, and an easy way around it is to use a different password that is not commonly used.

What bob said: your particular error is due to this Security Warning that says you have a commonly used password. You can actually work around the issue by changing your password. :)

With that said, ISBoxer EVE Launcher 1.0.0.22 -- now available -- includes a new Security Warning Window that should properly handle this type of message. It will pop up the message to show you your security problem, and when you click Continue it should follow through with the login.

ok Thanks guys, That was my issue. I now have the new version of the eve Online Launcher for ISBoxer accepting my accounts which all have new passwords. For the life of me, I would never have figured that out.
