I tried to switch to the Development build it is still doing the same error as posted previously. I was not running the dev build previously. switching made no change. All AV is uninstalled and win def disabled completely. Still get ISBoxerEVELauncher crash after it tries to open first account.

In Searching through some of the other posts having the same problem as I am. I tired the rollback to build 6180 and it booted up flawlessly for me multiple times. Even tried restarting and booting another 3 times still worked flawlessly. Going to setup my video fx for the set and let you know from there but it seems that the rollback is a viable fix for this problem. Thank you for all your help and patience hope this helps others.
