ISBEL - Characters not working

Hi,
Im getting the following error when trying to add characters to the launcher. Any ideas on how to fix it ?

Nope. It is a return message from CCP servers, so either something is incorrect in the request or some of the detail is incorrect. Either way, it is not something that has come up previously (or been reported anyway).
On the other hand, we do spend a bit of time suggesting people don't store their characters in ISBEL, even though it can, because for some reason the login process direct to characters can stop the chat boxes appearing.
For both issues, it really needs an EVE player who experiences these, and can do a little C# to debug their way through them, as these issues don't happen for everyone, which makes them harder to fix. This is why the ISBEL is open source, so others can do something about the little niggles.

I have the same problem.
And You know, much more user cant do the debug.

It is understood that not everyone can read/debug code.
I see from your other post, you are using a pictographic language, so you might also be using CCP servers not tested against. The encoding of the character names may not be correct. There have been enough instances of where specifying the characters causes issues with the chat windows not showing up that I'd not recommend it anyway.
The issue has been noted on the list.
