Stacking windows even with correct setup

I followed every step of the setup (dynamic and standard) but I still get stacking windows and my window layout wont be used.

There are a number of things going on with the application currently.
For EVE you may need to revert to build 6174 from the archive or try out the latest dev build.

As compatibility with games is achieved, that post will be updated.
