Well, ISBoxer already supports DirectX 11, so not much will happen with ISBoxer.

Realistically, EVE players will probably report a bug with dx11 instead of quietly ticking dx9 and calling it a day. And the bug would get fixed, and you'll have a mini celebration and go back to playing.
