Still looking for help on this issue. No matter what i do all i ever get when i try to launch accounts is "failed to launch aborted timed out" instantly. Any one know what ports the isbel eve launcher tries to go through?

ISBEL communicates to the CCP servers on ports 80 and 443. i.e. it does not actually specify any ports, the links are purely http and https, which translate to 80 and 443. It is all web requests.
For the EVE client, it may be using other ports, but that is all controlled in the EVE client.
