Beta 42 Doesn't Put Game Clients in Slots? Here's Help
When you launch under ISBoxer 42 beta, you need to make sure that the Eve launcher isn't running ( viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8128 ). If it is, your game clients won't load into their ISBoxer slots correctly. The Eve launcher needs to be started through Inner Space, instead.
If you think you're doing everything correctly, and your game clients still don't load into ISBoxer slots, maybe the problem is that you've still got your Eve launcher loaded and running in your system tray. The following might be the fix for that (it was for me):
Everything should work now. The problem would be that you've really still got the conventional (not Inner Space launched) version of the Eve launcher running hidden in the system tray. By switching off that checkbox in 'Settings', you will completely close the conventional Eve Launcher, which is necessary for the process to succeed.

- 1. Load the Eve Launcher in the conventional way.
2. Click the gear icon for Settings in the lower left corner.
3. In the 'General' Tab, make sure you select off the checkbox which says 'Minimize to tray when I hit the 'close' button', then shut down the non-Inner Space conventional Eve launcher
4. Now perform steps 2, 3 and 4 in the ISBoxer 42 'Launch!' section here ( viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8128 )
