The answer to your question is at the bottom of the original post. Here it is:
lax wrote:
  • EVE Online: In January 2015, CCP will begin prohibiting the use of Input Broadcasting/Multiplexing. As of ISBoxer 41.10.1128.1, out of abundance of caution, Broadcasting will be locked down by default for all EVE Online profiles, new and old. Please do a fresh Export to Inner Space. To re-enable Broadcasting until January, or for use during CCP's stated-as-acceptable times (login, client settings, window positions, etc), un-check the new Character Set setting 'Disable capabilities to control multiple windows simultaneously, including Broadcasting and Action Target Groups (EVE Online)' and Export to Inner Space. Please take care not to broadcast to multiple EVE Online windows simultaneously during prohibited times beginning January 2015. (This setting should prevent it except within some advanced, custom configurations.)
  • New Character Set option 'Disable capabilities to control multiple windows simultaneously, including Broadcasting and Action Target Groups' for use in games where simultaneous multiple window control has been prohibited. This setting will automatically apply for games where this is known to be the case, including EVE Online (as of January 2015, but applying as of now), Guild Wars, Guild Wars 2, and Path of Exile.

Find the sentence "To re-enable Broadcasting", or alternatively the one that starts with "New Character Set option", either should help you find it....

There are now reports from players of entire plethora of accounts being banned using ISBoxer the apporved way. All for "macro" use.

There are threads now on dual-boxer about it, eve forums and a couple other sites. We need this addressed as it appears to not be safe at all to use Isboxer in any fashion to play Eve.

I do see a few ISBoxer users talking about it. However, there are non-ISBoxer users reporting the same issues.

How do you see this being "addressed" exactly?

CCP is currently banning everyone issuing commands too fast over a period of time.
having Clients stacked ie. in the Background is also an index for them.

so: if youre dual or more boxing. and you are fast with alt tab, you are on their list. if you are too good, you will get banned.

a big issue is, that CCP don't made clear what is now forbidden and what allowed, Forums Keep telling to ask the Support. and the Support gives you a) different answers depending on who youre talking to, or b) they send you into the Forums for answers.

you might see the Problem.

were trying to get a clearly readable answer on the Problems with "roundrobin" and one key per command per box. we dont get one.
except if you have ccp peligrio in the ticket System. he keeps telling you that ISBOXER itself is not allowed. questions how about telling that all customers in public, he closed every ticket :)

imho: ccp doesnt know what to do with isboxer, cause the broadcastbanhammer didnt worked out well cause computerplayers are generally quite good in finding Workarounds.
plus ccp Support is on a personally driven war against multiboxers, didnt told Marketing about it, so internally about what we know is, that hey are heavily split up and there are already a few employess leaving the sinkin ship.

i want to use isboxer with my mining Fleet. I have one question...
Is anyone still using Broadcasting between his clients? I want to use it but
i dont know if CCP can see it instant when i turn this on...

I will only use 3 Accounts with broadcasting (Target & Mining laser on)

What du you think?

Uh. CCP can't "see it the instant when you turn this on" (meaning toggling broadcasting mode), and they did specifically give times when you're playing that it's perfectly fine for you to flip it on -- e.g. to move a window in all of your clients at once. So there is no reason for them to immediately ban you simply for the act of toggling broadcasting mode.

However, there is not a single person here that is going to suggest you put your accounts at risk by broadcasting at times that are not allowed by CCP. That kind of decision is wholly yours and any consequences you will face alone...

I'm going to lock this thread as there is really no other answer on the matter unless CCP again revises their rules at a later date.
