Hey,

it looks to me that the recent patch for Eve Online somehow prevents opening the launcher over Innerspace. I was playing just fine before downtime, now its not working anymore.

Anyone else having similar problems or knows what could be wrong?

Same to me. After downtime today, the launcher does not start anymore. You only see the freezed CCP emblem.
It´s pretty useless now and i have renewed my license some time ago

Any ideas to solve this ?

Compatibility diagnostics:

As it can be seen from the last line of the Compatibility diagnostic code above is this:
E:\Innerspace\InnerSpace.exe: RUNASADMIN
However the current location of the Innerspace exe is not on the "E" drive but on the "F" drive (I had changed the drive location afew months ago but I have not had issues logging on my character sets after the change)
I also noticed that when I looked at my regedit I found that there is an entry line (see attached image)
Could this be causing the hangup.
It does not make sense to me since Nothing changed since yesterday when it was working fine
The only thing that changed was that there was an eve update today and rigth after the eve patch now when right click on the innerspace icon in the running icon tray and select the "IsBoxer character sets">"Team name" to start my set of characters as I always did before, the CCP icon with the 6 dots appears in the center of my screen and it hangs there stuck

CCP updated stuff. It now doesn't work. That does happen sometimes.
It is being looked into.

ISBoxer is not friendly to the tech layperson however I do tinker with configuration settings on my apps and found a combination that lets ISBoxer still come online despite the recent CCP updates:

- First, go into your eve launcher manually and open it
- Go to Settings
- Select DX9 (Check the Box)
- Close Settings
- Go to Settings
- Uncheck DX9
- Close Settings
- Close the Launcher

- Now open the launcher via Innerspace, it should work fine

Same problem on my machine.

Playing with the EVE launcher settings has temporarily got it to work for some people. We aren't sure why, and it is definitely not consistent.

There is a plan in place to work around the problem so stay tuned.

Nothing helps.

Is there any other method to run the toons over innerspace ?
