What file to vitualize to save windowed/fullscreen settings

I use ISboxer to run 3 clients at once, and everything is running smoothly after I swapped all of my clients to run in full screen. However, I often only want to run 1 or two clients stand alone without ISboxer when doing trades or other less intensive activities. Running the game like this full screen with my boxing resolution is kind of annoying. Switching back and forth every time is just cumbersome. I know this normally handled with file virtualization, but I dont know which file controls this.

Unless they changed it recently, it's stored in prefs.ini. ISBoxer virtualizes it by default if you pick EVE Online in the Quick Setup Wizard. You can also use the Virtual File Wizard and it's listed there next to EVE Online.

the last closed client login info is stored on line 9 in the file itself and as any multi toon eve player knows it saves the account log in of the last eve window that closes even though i had 4 different accounts/charachters open and logged in ie callyuk was the last one that i closed
