One Client Lagging?

Ok, so i've been using isboxer for a while, it's been working really well, it was really useful when i used to run a large mining fleet, I'm trying run a couple of characters, now and for some reason one the accounts continually staggers and frame rate drops through the floor, it doesn't happened with any of my other accounts, if I'm running 4 accounts run fine. it's just this particular one. I've tried messing about with the graphic settings reduced it to it's lowest setting but i'm not having any luck i've also reset all settings and cleared the cache, the only thing i will say this particular account was given to me by a friend who as since left the game. if anyone could help me with this i would really appreciate this. if necessary i will do a youtube vid
