when i run eve launcher via innerspace, the system tell me launcher.exe has stopped working. pls give me some help abt this~~

So we haven't dealt much with the Chinese installations*, and I would advise to stay away from it if you can because

1. they are usually older and out of date, and
2. they are generally patched with things that aren't wanted, and
3. they aren't easily available to us non Chinese to work out how to make them function nicely with cool things like multiboxing

Hearing some of the reports from behind the great firewall, perhaps your security suites are working normally.


Overall, you have lots of security type software. It is not recommended to run more than one of these at a time, unless they are distinctly separate packages, and I'm not sure yours are. I'm also not sure yours are looking out for you, but rather looking at you. Anyway, you are going to be told that you will probably need to uninstall them as launch issues crop up. In order I'd start with

1. Taobao Protect
2. 360SD (making sure that the ZhuDonFangYu.exe also goes).
3. Microsoft Device Health (you don't need it at all).
4. D4Svr_ICBC.exe, which is part of a product OnKey AutoReg (if this is your Internet Banking Security program, please remove this with caution - remember, we can only provide advice to the best of our knowledge; you are expected to know what is running on your computer and what it does, and whether it is critical that you have it installed and running)
5. QQProtect
6. Alipay

and stop as each problem goes away.



I'm also not sure which Launcher process you have set as the EVE Launcher. It may be that Lax may need to adjust something for the Chinese EVE because it looks, from the processes, that the EVE Launcher launches another Launcher, which as the rest of the world launcher does not, then it may not be detecting that, and the fact that the game has not yet actually loaded.

i am chinese n i am playing chinese eve on-line.
n i can not bypass the launcher to star game. the client is not permit.
and mostly important: the chinese eve on-line just updated its client structure the same as europe

version.

all the installations you have mentioned above is the normal software in my computer.
before the update, the innerspace has been working normally n well.
but just after the update, the launcher does always stop if i start game from innerspace.
if i star game without innerspace, everything will be ok n i can play game normally.

so i think it may be something wrong between isboxer n the new eve online client.
besides, my system is win7 64-bit.

and i have uninstalled my eve client n isboxer. then install them, but the problem still be there.

i have followed yr advice. i uninstall taobao protect and my safe software.
but the launcher still crash when i start it via innerspace. besides, the launcher sometimes can start normally via innerspace, but crash more times.
